These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GotOrange service ("Service"), operated by Work Less Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website or subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Service Description and Subscription Tiers

GotOrange provides email-based notifications of stock, restock, or product updates in respect of luxury handbags and related items. Notifications are generated on a near real-time basis, subject to inherent technical limitations, system latency, and reliance on third-party data sources.

Subscriptions are offered in the following tiers:

  • Free Tier – limited functionality as described on our website.
  • Basic Tier – notifications with a minimum delay (e.g. 15 minutes or more) and tracking limited to a capped number of items, as described on our website.
  • Premium Tier – notifications delivered on a near real-time basis (best-efforts only, without guarantee of latency), and with expanded or unlimited tracking, as described on our website.

We reserve the right to update or vary the features, limitations, and pricing of each tier from time to time. The current tier descriptions available on our website form part of these Terms.

2. No Offer or Advice

The information provided through the Service is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice, recommendation, representation, or an offer to sell or solicitation to buy any goods or services. You should independently verify product availability and obtain professional advice where appropriate.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Work Less Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. All third-party brand names, product names, and trademarks (including Hermes and others) are the property of their respective owners. Inclusion of such references does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations

Subscriptions are offered on a free, monthly, or annual basis, with features as described on our website. Paid subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive the Service until the end of the paid period; no pro rata refunds are offered. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe) and subject to their terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Work Less Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, business, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. User Obligations

You agree not to misuse the Service, including (without limitation) by attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong in respect of any dispute.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Language

These Terms may be provided in both English and Chinese. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
